Turkey Stuffing
½ pound ground turkey or ground chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1 egg
3 cups cubed stuffing mix
¾ cup water
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 small apple; peeled, cored and diced
• In a pan, brown poultry in olive oil. In a large bowl, mix cooked poultry and remaining ingredients. Then loosely stuff your bird. This recipe stuffs a 10 to 13 pound turkey. To stuff an 18 to 24 pound turkey, double recipe.
